Lissa Dechakul, Public Relations
Hey everyone! I’m Lissa, one of the PR’s for 2014 Senior Prom Committee. I’m Thai, as shown by my nearly unpronounceable last name. My aunt and uncle actually owned SF’s oldest running Thai restaurant, where my parents work and I help out sometimes. So basically, I have the hookup for the best Thai food and Thai iced tea for Co-Curricular Day. Since I was raised by a restaurant family, I was taught to pay very close attention to quality and presentation. In other words, I’m kinda picky—but in a good way. The way that should assure you that the setup for our prom will be neat, clean, and beautiful, and everything we’ll be selling to fundraise will be focused on what you want. My goal is to raise as much money as possible to fund the best senior prom for the class of 2014, and it won’t be possible without you!
Also, I have tiny ears. Seriously, ask me and I’ll show you.
Hi my name is Katie and I’m 2014 senior prom committee’s communications person!!!!! In my free time I watch a lot of TV eat food and play soccer. I am also a proud Hapa. I wanted to join senior prom because I love planning things and just thinking about how great our prom will be makes me happy. My goal for senior prom would be for it to just be the best freaking prom ever. And for everyone to remember the magical night they spent with their lovely classmates. And make sure you check the website for updates on senior prom!
I am a senior here at Lowell. On my free time I like to eat ice cream and sandwiches. I also enjoy watching baseball and hanging out with friends. I joined prom committee because I believe 2014 should have a bomb dot com prom. Also I wanted to contribute to my class.
Hi to all you seniors, I’m your 2014 Senior Prom Co-President! I wanted to be on this committee because I loved the experiences I had on Junior Prom Committee and wanted another run at it. I love to plan, I love to organize, and I love to be able to contribute my ideas. My goals for Senior Prom are to help host an awesome night for you guys and make it one of the most memorable nights you will spend at Lowell. Senior year can get pretty hectic, but I plan on trying to stay on top of things so I can help bring you guys the night of your dreams. Stay tuned for updates on our planning!
