Holiday Pen Pal Exchange

Happy Holidays, Lowellites! With the forced distance of the pandemic, the Student Body Council is hosting a holiday pen pal system that will allow Lowell students to interact with each other in a COVID safe way.

After all participants have signed up, we will pair students up randomly with other participants from their grade. To ensure an equitable and COVID-19-safe process, this exchange will occur over email, but after participants receive their pen pal’s contact information, they can decide whether they want to send physical letters through mail and/or continue their correspondence after this program has concluded.

Student Wellness & Support Circle

Tuesday, November 10th at 2pm
In light of the exhausting few weeks our community has had, SBC wanted to create a safe space where students can come share their thoughts and feelings about the election, distance learning, COVID-19, mental health, etc in a safe and supportive space with other students. Join us for an hour this upcoming Tuesday to share, reflect, and listen.

Zoom Social

Friday, October 30th at 8pm
SBC will be hosting a Zoom Social, next Friday, October 30th. Join us for a virtual late night, rally, and Homecoming all in one while also earning your class 2 spirit points! There will be music, games and more.

Turnt VS Tired: Send in a picture if you dressed in your cozy PJs 😴 or of you getting ready to PARTAYY!!
Frightful Friday: Send in a picture of you in your Halloween costume! 🎃 
Submit a photo to your class board (through Instagram DMs or email) to win spirit points for your class! Class board contact information can be found in the "About LSA" tab. 

A Panel on Indigenous Activism

Join us on Friday, October 16, at 3:00pm for a panel with Amy Anderson, Dallin Maybee, Hutke Fields, Mariposa Villaluna, and Tanaya Winder. The panelists will discuss the topic of Indigenous activism and representation.
