What is Lacrosse? Lacrosse is a place to connect with others with similar interests, build connections, and learn how to work as a team. We are looking for hard working and dedicated players who are able to come to most practices. During practice, players will develop skills including catching, throwing, cradling, and ground balls. We practice three times a week and meet at the Lowell soccer field. Email us to find out more about our practice schedule at laxteamlhs@gmail.com Our Vision Lowell lacrosse club is the first ever lacrosse team at Lowell. We aim to break stereotypes about the sport by welcoming people of all ages, backgrounds, and financial situations. No equipment or prior experience is required to join. How Much of a Commitment is Lacrosse? Lacrosse club is aiming to become a sport, so we would like our players to have the same amount of dedication as a Lowell sports team member. We have practices three times a week, including one practice during the weekend. We understand Lowell students are very busy, so these practices are not mandatory.
