LSA 2026 Public Relations Candidates
Ava Gee
Hi all, my name is Ava Gee and I am running to be your LSA 2026 Public Relations. Throughout the past years, I was the public relations at my previous school's student government. There, I made posts for the student government's Instagram page and posters/flyers to inform students of upcoming events. During that time, I truly enjoyed brainstorming and creating posts for the events.
While in this position I also led and arranged events that were held at school. From that experience, I learned to be a stronger communicator, and resilient.
If I become the 2026 Public Relations I hope to make fun and creative posts for you to receive information about school updates and events. Additionally, I wish to create a safe and positive space within our community by being inclusive.
Be sure to vote for Ava Gee for LSA 2026 Public Relations! Thank You.
Bernice Chen
Hi everyone! My name is Bernice Chen and I’m running for the Public Relations position of the class of 2026. I believe that I have many great qualities to be the most suitable candidate for this position. I am very passionate about working with other people. I have always collaborated with others and took the position as the leader to guide our group forwards. As the leader in many school projects, I am always able to communicate well with other teammates and find the best solutions to help achieve our goal successfully. From my participation in the Art Committee at Lowell, as well as my good communication and leadership skills, I believe that I will be a great member and leader of the LSA.
Katelyn Lee
Hi! My name is Katelyn Lee and I am running for Public Relations officer for the freshman Class of 2026. Throughout my years in middle school, I’ve been actively involved in my school’s community, helping to organize events and schoolwide activities. Over the summer before 9th grade, I volunteered at a community preschool and have made strong connections with the teachers, young students, and families. With this experience, I hope to contribute and build on Lowell’s diverse and welcoming community.
With my organization skills and proactiveness, I will do my best to make sure that any concerns are communicated, and that I stay connected with the principal, registry teachers, and spirit committees. If I am elected as the freshmen Public Relations officer, I am confident that I will be able to help harmoniously lead the Class of 2026 throughout the first year of high school, during my time with LSA 26.
