Hi, I am Maya Bhandari and I need your vote for SBC Secretary! As a Junior, I care wholeheartedly about Lowell and want the very best for our fellow students. My goal as SBC Secretary is to listen to each and every student, be a voice for all the students, and partner with the administration to take action and make Lowell more equitable and welcoming. Post COVID, I plan to create more opportunities for us to connect with one another, and remove any awkwardness. I will help us feel less stressed about academics and college admissions by making new experiences forever memorable. I will be an advocate for you. I have been fortunate to have 3 years of experience doing so as a leader of the Lowell Community Equity Committee and PTSA Advocacy Committee. I also play basketball and enjoy a wide number of clubs, such as Eco Club and Red Cross Club. We have experienced many challenges this year and I look forward to a brand new start back in school, proactively dealing with any issues, and making our time as fun as possible!
