LSA 2024 Vice President Candidates
Hi class of 2024, my name is Ari and I’m running to be your class Vice President. Throughout my school career, I have been a part of many leadership programs, one being student government. In my middle school student government, I helped plan and organize many school-wide events such as spirit weeks, talents shows, and field days. As well as to make sure student’s voices were heard and appreciated. Here at Lowell, I am a part of clubs that bring more diversity and progressive action to Lowell, such as the Black Student Union and P.A.I.R. (Partners Against Institutionalized Racism).
If elected, I hope to bring a fresh and new perspective to our class board, continue to stand with and for student’s voices, and to help connect us all even more in these challenging times. If you have any questions or concerns you can DM me on Instagram @ideal.ari or through email email@example.com. Thank you for your time.
Hi everybody! My name is Shanice Lam, and I’m running to be your LSA 2024 Vice President. Since I’ve been in this position throughout Freshman year already, I believe that I have the experience needed to fulfill this position again. Through the past semester, we’ve hosted several game nights to increase class bonding, initiated registry representatives, created class apparel, and also held fundraisers to raise money for our class. I really enjoyed having this opportunity, which is why I hope to be elected again.
If elected as Vice President, I’ll continue working with other student leaders to create fun events, provide support for everyone, and address schoolwide needs. I’ll also continue to ensure that all your opinions will be heard throughout the school and be taken into account. I hope to become your LSA 2024 Vice President again, and continue to help make a great experience for everyone next year!
Hey everyone! My name is Angie Li and I’m running to be your LSA 2024 Vice President.
If elected, I will demonstrate leadership and communication skills to successfully fulfill my position. Throughout my previous internships, I have learned to collaborate with other students and I hope to bring my experience onto the 2024 LSA board. As incoming sophomores, I understand that many of us want to become more connected with other students at Lowell, but due to the pandemic, it has been pretty hard to. And as Vice President, it is my duty to actively represent the student body and make changes with your best interests in mind. I’ll be sure to listen to your guys’ voices, concerns, and make sure your opinions are heard. Under these circumstances, I plan to help better connect peers during interactive school events because High School should be a memorable experience for us all. With my goal-oriented personality, I really hope to build a stronger community within Lowell and put my best effort forward to have a more positive impact throughout the school. I’m excited for our upcoming year and hope to become a part of the LSA!
Hey everyone! My name is Amiya Stroumza, and I am running to be your LSA 2024 Vice President.
As we all know, our freshman year was not exactly what we had expected, so I feel we have a lot of catching up to do. My goals are to build a welcoming community and better foster an encouraging and supportive environment within our grade.
As your Vice President I will reignite and help blossom Lowell spirit with fun activities and events. On this board I plan to host a virtual tour of the Lowell campus so you don't get lost, Lowell merch giveaways, movie nights with popcorn and pizza, and even bonfires at the beach ... when safe of course.
Whether it be hybrid, in-person, or virtual again, I will make sure every school resource is helping us rekindle what first attracted us to Lowell: the amazing community that we all work hard to be a part of. We deserve a better experience, and I will make it happen.
Let me guide us toward a proud, fun, and exciting Lowell journey so the next three years will be ones we all cherish.
Vote Amiya Stroumza for Vice President and enjoy the ride!
