Journalism club is run by editors of The Lowell, a reputable student-run publication founded in 1898. As the Lowell strives to inform the public of current school to national-level events, we hope to continue this drive and legacy by informing as many of the importance of journalism with the club. The journalism club will discuss media law and ethics fundamentals, digital reporting, essential research, and investigative research. The club meetings will consist of group discussions about journalism fundamentals, as well as talks from students majoring in journalism, reporters from local publications, and staff from the The Lowell. Through the club, we hope to expose students to the field of journalism and introduce students to the opportunity of joining The Lowell staff.
