2017 Senior Class Board

Hello Class of 2017!

We are your senior class board and we will be serving you during your final year at Lowell. We hope to promote class spirit and plan memorable events such as Senior Boat, Senior Picnic, Senior Prom, Murder Mystery Night, Ice Skating, Bowling, etc.

If you see any of us in the hallways, give us a wave or a peace sign, if you prefer. We are happy to talk about suggestions for future events and appreciate all your feedback. Don't forget that we serve you.

We hope to make senior year the best, with your help!

Andy Huang // Vice President

Greetings, my fellow associates. I am a male homosapien, currently identified by the generic label “Andy Huang.” I am more than honored to be bestowed the opportunity to be one of your cult leaders this year, as the “Class of 2017 Vice President,” and I do hope that we can all collaborate together to make our last year here at Lo”hell” Mental Facility, the most painful, memorable, and juiciest one of all. Some eccentric qualities about myself: I enjoy swimming in the depths of the 4th floor swimming pool, throwing unidentified flying objects also known as  “frisbee,” carrying cumbersome amounts of written texts detailing numerous masochistic sacrificial rituals, and living to give. Give what you may ask? Give back to the community, to Lo”hell”, and to all of you. I cannot stress enough the amount of personal growth and impact the community has provided me, and I promise to do my absolute best to do the same for others. My job entails leading other fellow cult leaders, planning big, festive, and satanic festivals known as “dances,” and this year specifically, stealing giant boats and yachts for a “Senior Boat” event, and plotting our biggest and grandest escape from this mental facility-- Operation Graduation. If you need someone to vent/rant to, have some burning (my favorite) ideas you want to experiment with, need advice and philosophical approaches to life, and/or just want someone to talk to, feel free to hit me up on Facebook, email, or in physical essence. Here’s to a great Senior year, with more papers to burn, and many more luscious memories to make!

Justine Shek // Secretary

Hi, my name is Justine Shek, and I've been on LSA for the past three years! I'm so thrilled to be part of this community and being able to plan so many events for our senior class-- I really truly strive to make it a memorable year! Some quick things about me: I really REALLY love boba-- 24/7 365, if you get me boba, there is nothing I won't do for it! (reasonable of course). I'm also a really artsy dartsy person, often expressing my creativity through room decorations, posters, pictures, etc. But above all, I'm a GIANT neat freak, so you know I'll have the ability to efficiently organize our notes, papers, and graduation material -- all essential to the optimal senior year experience. I also really like this trend called "dabbing." I often incorporate it into my routines as Senior Letter Captain, making our performance look that much cooler! But anyways, despite the senioritis and the college apps, I'll be sure to work with the rest of the Senior Board to make this the MOST EXCITING year of all -- Cheers to being a senior, and I'll see you guys around!

Shania Lee // Treasurer

Hello friends! Shania here as your class treasurer for my second year! Junior year (my first year on LSA) was amazing, senior year I expect to be monumental. I'm soo pumped for all the events we have as SENIORS and finally GRADUATING! (I mean, I dunno bout you guys but I've been waiting for senior year since my first day of freshman year.) So in the spirit of senior year, I introduce to thee my ongoing, nearly-impossible-to-accomplish senior bucket list:
1.Perfect my macaron recipe.
2. Get into a college. (does City count?)
3. Contribute to the senior prank.
4. Not cry in at least one Disney movie. (even though there are like 10 amazing movies coming out this year)
5. Kill a bug without freaking out.
6. Learn how to kinda cook. (*saves all Tasty recipes*)
7. Mature just a bit. (i.e. suppressing urges to make poop jokes)
8. Graduate.
I look forward to spending my senior year with the best class one could possibly ask for! See ya soon! P.S. don't hesitate to reach out to me (Facebook, Instagram, loopmail, hallway) with any questions, suggestions, concerns, life updates, etc! Always up for talking with cool people :)

Gina Liu // Public Relations

Hallo!﹨(^o^)∕My name is gina Liu(with a lowercase "g") and I am your 2017 Public Relations. This will be my 2nd year in LSA and its so awesome possum that I'll once again be able to serve and contribute to the Lowell community! As PR, I'll be the one publicizing future events through artsy fartsy posters, banners, and flyers. Things I like to do when I'm not doodling are dancing, listening to music, eating sushi, and daydreaming about the weirdest things I can think of. If you have any questions, want to talk about random stuff, or have staring contests,(cause I will win) I'll happily await your arrival! I'm tons of excites for senior year, so lets make it a memorable one! See y'all later and stay awesome!

Jessica Ngai // Historian

Dang, I already know it's gonna be a L17 year!
Wsup, Im Jessica Ngai, but people just call me Jngai.
This year will be my fourth year serving you as your 2017 Historian. I decided to run for LSA since my freshman year to be involved with our school, give back, and bring my class together as one while accepting all our differences. My goals as historian this year is being responsible for documenting the precious moments at all major events, pop polls, and senior slideshow but aside from that is contributing my ideas at meetings, organize events, and create fundraisers. Most importantly I would love to build and maintain a notable relationship among LSA and the entire student body. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns feel free to reach out to me. Im excited to meet you all.

other interesting facts about me because why the hell not
- singer in the shower
- milk before cereal
- most likely to trip going up the stairs
- big fan of EXO, CN blue, and jaypark
