Hi Lowell!! We are the Lowell Hygiene club! We work to educate and inform those who are not only interested in learning more about how to take care of their bodies, but also provide support and understanding to those who have not had the opportunity to learn about these things due to external circumstances. Our goal is to destigmatize the idea that lack of hygiene is purely from laziness; there are numerous factors that could attribute to it including mental health issues, lack of adequate education, misinformation, etc. To do this, we create, present, and post helpful infographics for everyone to see with the intention of making them as accessible as possible. We will also be placing boxes around the school so people can donate personal hygiene products to people in need. If you're interested, we have meetings every first and third Friday of each month at 3:50 in room s204! We will be talking about personal hygiene, feminine hygiene, male hygiene, skin care, hair care, and anything you are curious about, members are encouraged to ask questions!!
