President Jacky LocHello! My name is Jacky Loc, and I'm honored to serve as your SBC President this year! As the student body president, I oversee all student activities on campus, including those under the jurisdiction of SBC, LSA, and our committees. My role is also to be a representative of student voices at Lowell.
Here are some of my top goals for this school year: 1. Uplift student voices on campus and hold our administration accountable (given their commitment to creating a student-centered school environment) 2. Ensure fun, inclusive, and equitable student activities on campus, including dances, rallies, and club activities 3. Create lasting processes within our student government to ensure success for years to come (including a focus on amending our charter, increasing fundraising efforts, and improving internal/external communication) When I am not doing schoolwork, you’ll probably find me playing volleyball, scrolling on social media, hanging out with friends, or binge-watching TV shows. Vice President Won KimHi Lowellites!
My Won Kim and I am honored to serve as your SBC Vice President this year! As the VP I'm the behind-the-scenes guy of SBC, filling in any gaps of our planning and working with the the president to lead the school. My job includes anything from creating event itineraries to cleaning up the dust in the Cave. For my fourth year in LSA, I have 2 main goals: 1) Make school events as interactive and enjoyable as possible through more outreach and new activities (e.g. student sections at sports games, obstacle course at rallies) 2) Improve LSA's structure by creating a more comfortable leadership experience, while also holding our student leaders accountable If I’m not taking naps in class, you can find me running around school with a video camera, benching 400 lbs in the weight room, dunking on my teammates at the Y, or scooping ice cream at Joe's (all to avoid writing college essays). Elections Commissioner Kayla LC YeeHey there! I'm Kayla, and I’m super excited to serve as your SBC Elections Commissioner this year! I lead the planning for all elections (and hype up the freshman class in the fall). I hope to make the election process smoother and reach more potential candidates.

Treasurer Kaitlyn LeeHey! My name is Kaitlyn Lee, and I am so excited to be your 2023-24 SBC Treasurer. My job is to approve fundraisers for boards, clubs, and committees, so if you're in any of those, you'll be hearing from me at some point! I also manage the SBC budget to plan for events such as Homecoming and oversee club finances. My goal for this year is to support clubs by implementing clear fundraising guidelines and working to ensure smooth processes.
Outside of SBC, I'm the President of the Shield and Scroll Honor and Service Society and the Lowell Science Research Program. In my rare free time, I like reading (fav book: Six of Crows), watching TV (fav show: Modern Family), and baking (fav dessert: brownies). I also absolutely love Taylor Swift; my favorite era is Lover and my top 3 songs are “You Belong With Me”, “Cruel Summer”, and “New Romantics”. Public Relations Sabrina WongHey everyone! I'm Sabrina, I'm currently a senior at Lowell, and I'm very excited to be your SBC PR again this year!

We are also in charge of this website, and we are constantly creating for LSA through many other forms as well. I hope to be able to showcase all the fun events we will host throughout the year through our social media! Outside of SBC, I am the President of Lowell's Art Club and Multimedia Club. Community Liaison Hannah ChikereHello! I am Hannah Chikere and I'm happy to be your SBC Community Liaison this year! If you remember me, you might recognize me as last year's SBC Co-Community Liaison. In this role, I gather input from the school community and give this feedback in meetings. These meetings may be with the Student Advisory Council, School Site Council, PTSA, or SBC. This year, further and inclusive outreach and feedback is what I want to do. With your feedback on how our school can improve (i.e. resources relating to safety, education, wellness, or community building), I can become a better advocate for our community here at Lowell.

Co-Community Liaison Asher RaoHi everyone! My name is Asher Rao and I'm stoked to be your SBC Co-Community Liaison for this school year! Alongside Hannah, I will attend PTSA, Student Site Council, Student Advisory Council meetings, and more on behalf of Lowell student government and you! At Lowell you can find my playing volleyball at the gym or practicing for Dance committee in the courtyard! I love history and learning languages and a die hard swiftie :) This year I aim to keep a transparent line of communication between all committees and boards to ensure collaborative and equitable outcomes that reflect the values of the student body.

Club Coordinator Shanice LamHi everyone! My name is Shanice Lam, and I am serving as your SBC Club Coordinator this year. I will be working to organize school events such as Fall Fest and Winterfaire. I oversee all of the clubs that we have here at Lowell, and help new clubs register as well. This year, I am hoping to make sure all events run smoothly and that everyone feels represented.
I enjoy playing volleyball, lacrosse, and I pole vault. In my free time I like hanging out with my friends and I love to travel. I also like to go thrifting a lot. Dance Coordinator Caterina JuvaraHeyy! My name is Cat Juvara and I'm this years Dance Coordinator. This means I'll be organzing all those school dances that you are going to tell your kids about.
