MEET THE MEMBERS
2023 President Matthew ChenHey Class of 2023! I’m Matthew Chen and I’m very excited to be serving as your LSA 2023 President! My biggest priority for this semester is to make sure you guys have the most enjoyable freshman year with great fundraisers, fun events, and school spirit!
Outside of LSA I am the president of the Lowell Disney Club and I am also a part of our Class of 2023 Dance Committee. I am also in Lowell’s Advanced Choir, as the only freshman :) Here are some fun facts about me: |

- I love to sing, write and make music. I have a youtube channel where I release covers, and original content.
- I’ve played piano for 8 years.
- I love watching Netflix! I watch lots of shows, but among my favorites are: You, Lucifer, Riverdale, Young and Hungry, The Good Place, and Good Girls.
- I AM A HUGE BOBA ADDICT. I cannot go two days without drinking boba. If I ever become broke this is going to be the reason why. So if you ever wanna win my heart, just buy me boba and we can become best friends :)
- I enjoy running; I was on the track and field team at my middle school for 3 years but can’t do it this year because of my full schedule.
- I love musicals, ESPECIALLY HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL! So feel free to hit me up for a heated high school musical themed sing off!

2023 Vice President Matthew ChenHey guys, I'm your freshmen Vice President, Matthew Chen. My job is to basically float around the board and help with miscellaneous tasks. It's a very flexible job and I'm super happy I get to do it. I am really excited to be on the board this year and can't wait for the things we have planned.

A little more about me, my hobbies are volleyball, video games, art, and eating. I am apart of Lowell's ARK club and its H2O club. I am also on the volleyball team here at Lowell, so my schedule can get a bit messy. I have 2 sisters, one of which is actually a junior at Lowell. 2023 Secretary Yena ImHeyyy everyone! My name is Yena Im, and I’m honored to be your LSA 2023 secretary this year! My job as secretary is to take notes at every meeting and keep a class binder full of details from every event we have! Aside from LSA, I am a parliamentary debater, a member of Lowell Red Cross, and a member of Lowell’s UNICEF! I love meeting new people, so if you ever see me around the halls, feel free to say hi! 2023 Treasurer Matthew ChanHey guys! My name is Matthew Chan, one of the three Matthew’s on the board, and I’m the LSA 2023 treasurer. As the class treasurer, my responsibilities are to track the money and make sure it is all accounted for, come up with the class budget, and work with the other members to coordinate events and fundraisers! Aside from LSA, I am on the Lowell Badminton Team and in Lowell Red Cross. If you find me around, feel free to say something or suggest a fundraiser idea! 2023 Historian Wallace TangHey everyone! My name is Wallace Tang, and I’m super excited to be your freshman historian this year. My responsibility as historian is to take photos at class events and fundraisers (like rallies and dances), help PR advertise upcoming events through our social media channels (@lsaboard2023), as well as help our board with other miscellaneous tasks. If you see me at a school gathering or just in the halls, feel free to say hi. And if you have any suggestions that you want me to bring up during the meetings just bring it up. As this is my first year, I am still finding what I am interested in. But for now I am doing Individual Events (It’s a branch in Lowell Forensics) and photography. 2023 Public Relations Tyler LeeHey class of 2023! I'm Tyler lee and I'm honored to be your public relations this year. The roles of public relations are to make posters, fliers, and to manage the dance and art committee. In addition I manage the board social media along with our historian.
