Fundraising COVID-19 Updates
ALL FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES AND REQUESTS ARE ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FROM DISTRICT POLICY.

​You may review the following policies that will go into place once fundraising activities may re-commence. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to Mr. Alcantar at [email protected]. Please do NOT contact the Club Coordinator about fundraisers at this time.
Club Meeting COVID-19 Updates 
Club meetings CAN NOT be held on any Wednesday. This year, teachers are required to attend a professional development meeting that is held every Wednesday. In response, Mr.Alcantar requests that no club meetings be held on Wednesdays in order to minimize the amount of hours your sponsors have to work on that school day.

​I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and understand how frustrating this will be for some of you. I was not informed about this policy by any administration until today and it's very frustrating on my end as well. If you are one of the clubs that registered to meet on Wednesday, please respond to this question with the name of your club and your new meeting day. Please email me with any questions/concerns
