Currently, we are working with 2015 Board in creating a tea party for all Lowell students to attend. We are looking for a venue right now and have discussed holding the party at the San Francisco Zoo, the Irish Cultural Center, etc. Also, the possible theme for the tea party would be "Alice in Wonderland," like the Mad Hatter's tea party. We want this event to be on a Saturday afternoon, in late November or early December, where friends can just hang out and have fun! This would be a formal or semi-formal event. There will be more updates to come for this event. Hope to see you all there once we have a set date and place!! <3
Our first car wash of the year was on Sunday, November 10. It was a success, with the board earning around 630 dollars. Thanks to Mr. Hereford and everyone who helped us out on Sunday!!!
We look forward to seeing more of you guys at our next carwash!! :) And the date to the next carwash will be announced!!

What do these committees do?
These committees are in charge of planning Junior Prom and Junior Escape, which are both off campus dances. Escape is a casual dance which is held at club and Junior Prom is a formal dance which is held at a venue.
Every year, we will be looking for new t-shirt design for the grade level (freshmen, sophomore, junior, & senior year). Please submit one! Think of things that relate to our graduating year 2016 & when submitting remember to label your name and reg! Be creative, have fun and turn in a t-shirt design!
Winning designer/artist will win a free t-shirt with their design on it! (:
Voting day will be determined soon!! :)

As passionate members of LSA and the Lowell community, our board strives to serve our student body to the best of our ability through fundraising for future class events and promoting spirit, as well as communication within the class of 2016.
FUNDRAISING- The amount of money our board fundraises, one of our foremost concerns, will all contribute to one of every high schoolers’ most important, memorable events...graduation. Proceeds also fund our senior year activities, such as transportation to the class picnic and our senior class trip, and other fun class events that help create a memorable time for our class at Lowell.
SPIRIT-We plan to promote school spirit within our class beyond freshman year, when school spirit usually peaks, and increase pride to make each individual feel like a part of the Lowell community. Our board hopes to do so by hosting events that welcome and engage all students of 2016. By providing these opportunities for our class to mingle and bond, we aim to build a strong foundation for our class spirit to naturally grow from.
COMMUNICATION- School events are intended to bond and unify the Lowell community. To maintain the warm, friendly Lowell community we have and to raise funding, our board hopes to facilitate greater class participation with such events through better communication and advertising. This year, we plan to brainstorm new ways to spread the word about school events and better utilize reg reps as a primary form of communication with the regs.
EVENT PREP- We will work to organize our events much prior to the date. This includes designing our posters and fliers, and advertising as soon as we have confirmed the date of the event to encourage greater participation.
FUNDRAISING GOALS- In our upcoming year, we aim to raise more money than our freshman year. To reach this goal, we will organize more car washes, food sales, scavenger hunts, and various other fundraisers. Not only do these events raise money for the class, it also helps our class bond through the teamwork and the class participation required to make these events successful.
